Q: What do you charge for your services?

Pricing varies widely from client to client. For example, when building a website it really just depends on how much extra time is put in to customize or personalize a site. Please contact us for a quote or consultation - there is no charge, we really look forward to meeting you!

Q: I know you work with Wordpress and Dreamweaver, but can you work with [insert program here] for my website?

Sure! With over 10 years of computer, software and web experience, we have used many more programs than are listed on these pages. That said, of course there are some software packages we do not yet have experience with. Since we offer a free consultation, you can find out before hiring us and there is no financial risk to you. Please contact us and we can schedule an appointment.

Q: Will you maintain websites already built by another designer?

Yes. However, if the site does not meet our Austinfotech standards for things such as valid code and best practices, it may take longer to maintain and be more costly in the long run. We will be more than happy to evaluate your particular situation in a free consultation, exploring all your options before charging anything.

Q: Do you require we use Austinfotech’s in-house hosting services?

Definitely not. We realize there are many hosting options out there, and are open to using any of them. Austinfotech’s hosting options are available purely as an optional service to clients who want a “one-stop-shop”.
